Nothing's wrong with a little ice-breaking convo before a league match and some friendly talk during the change-over, but if you choose to chat it up with your partner throughout a match, even during play, please leave the court and take it home.
And, if you feel the need to chat it up during match play, please not discuss your marriage and how neglected (rightfully so) your parents were of you.
Please, spare me the agony of it all.
